Allyson Perling, is first mom and advocate to her daughters and step-son. She is also a writer, speaker, consultant and coach. She holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota. After learning her youngest daughter had a rare medical condition, she followed her lead to become the best advocate she could be. Along the way to discover her daughter’s potential, she discovered her own. Allyson loves creating community through cooking and entertaining, planting a flower and vegetable garden each summer, hiking in the woods, traveling with her family and giggling with her kids. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia she now resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota with her husband, kids and their fluffy white dog.
